I’m often fascinated by the beauty of ordinary things, that’s why I almost always have a camera with me. A few months ago, I attended a Super 16mm cinematography course, where I had the chance to shoot with a professional S16mm film camera alongside other participants. Working with a large camera, a heavy tripod, and only a limited amount of film made every shot more intentional.

That experience made me think: why not take the same approach with my digital camera? In this simple vlog, filmed during a day in Amsterdam, I found beauty in everyday moments, such as people commuting on their bicycles, a broken mirror, a beautiful sofa in a café, and time spent with friends.
